On July 20, in the College of Humanities at Seoul National University, a public letter of apology by one man and a wall poster by "Countermeasures Committee" were posted. In a student meeting in June, a male student of Seoul National University gazed at a female student wearing a tight T-shirt, and the next day, left lewd messages on her mobile phone. The victim of the harrassment asked around about the messages and through the dispatched number, tracked down the assailtant. His act was reported to the Women? Committee of the Student Association(SA) in Humanities. The assailtant admitted to his wrongdoing, wrote a public letter of apology, and promised to get reeducation at the "Korean Women's Link." What kind of place is the Women's Committee to display such power in cases of sexual violence on campus? ......Ed
